10.4.2 401 Unauthorized
The request requires user authentication. The response MUST include a WWW-Authenticate header field (section 14.46) containing a challenge applicable to the requested resource. The client MAY repeat the request with a suitable Authorization header field (section 14.8). If the request already included Authorization credentials, then the 401 response indicates that authorization has been refused for those credentials. If the 401 response contains the same challenge as the prior response, and the user agent has already attempted authentication at least once, then the user SHOULD be presented the entity that was given in the response, since that entity MAY include relevant diagnostic information. 保育员业务比赛强技能
&保育员是幼儿园不可或缺的重要岗位，为了提升幼儿园保教队伍的素质，真正做到“保教结合，教养并重”。机关幼儿园2个园所分别于本月5日、
6日开展了保育员业务技能竞赛。　　本次比赛的内容主要是幼儿保健常识竟答以及套叠被子、削苹果实践操作。比赛在幼儿园多功能厅拉开了序幕，经过前期的培训学习和精心准备，比赛中保育员们都能很好的回答幼儿保健知识问题，每个保育员都信心十足地迎接实践操作的挑战。“开始！”评委一声令下，套叠被子比赛开始，保育员老师先迅速的将被子套进被套，然后进行折叠，每位选手尽可能地加快速度。被子在老师们手里很听话，一折一叠，不到几分钟，被子已经整齐地放那儿。削苹果比赛进行得也是如火如荼，每位选手在规定时间内完成比赛。削苹果虽然看似简单，但是选手要注意削的顺序、速度、节约。这么多注意事项，选手在比速度的同时，还要做到位，确实不容易。保育员老师对套叠被子和削苹果的操作动作娴熟，程序规范；表现出良好的业务素养。　　今后机关幼儿园将每学年举行保育员业务技能比赛来提高保育员工作的规范化水平，强化保教人员的细节意识和质量意识，真正做到服务幼儿。
