& & & 关柏鸥,男,1972年出生,教授,博士生导师,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,广东省珠江学者特聘教授。
& & & 1994年本科毕业于四川联合大学(现四川大学)应用物理系,1997年和2000年在南开大学现代光学研究所获得硕士和博士学位。读博士期间曾在香港理工大学联合培养,其后在香港理工大学从事博士后研究。2005年加入大连理工大学物理与光电工程学院,任教授、博士生导师,创建了辽宁省先进光电子技术重点实验室,任实验室主任。2009年加入暨南大学,先后创建了暨南大学光子技术研究所和广东省光纤传感与通信技术重点实验室,任所长和实验室主任。
& & & 主要从事光纤器件、光纤传感技术、生物光子学、微波光子学方面研究,主持科研项目20余项,其中国家杰出青年基金项目1项、国家自然科学基金重点项目2项、国家自然科学基金面上项目1项、广东省自然科学基金团队项目1项、广东省应用型科技研发专项1项。共发表SCI收录论文125篇,被SCI他引1200余次,在国际会议上做特邀报告30次,获第5届欧洲光纤传感器会议最佳论文奖。获邀在J. Lightwave Technol.、IEEE J. Sel. Top. Quantum Electron.、Opt. Fiber Technol.上发表特邀论文介绍研究成果。设计研制的先进光纤传感器技术应用于中国第一高塔广州塔、香港标志建筑青马大桥和香港九广东铁监测。
& & &曾任第二届亚太光学传感器会议(APOS2010)大会共主席、第五届亚太微波光子学会议(APMP2010)TPC共主席、第十届光通信与网络国际会议(ICOCN2011)大会主席、第四届特种光纤国际会议(WSOF2015)大会主席,现担任国际光纤传感器会议(OFS)TPC成员。
