架设传奇私服非法获利千万 骨灰级玩家被刑拘

私自架设“传奇”私服，仅仅两年，24岁的嵊州男青年金某，轻松坐收暴利超过千万元。近日，上虞市警方破获了这起特大侵犯著作权案，金某最终栽在他自己架设的“传奇”私服上。5月4日，上虞警方接受采访时说，此类案件属于高科技、高智商的犯罪，犯罪嫌疑人大都头脑聪明，有一技之长，“但如果这一技之长用在了不该用的地方，到头来只能害人害己”。
骨灰级职业玩家变身私服老板
金某长期喜好网络游戏，对上海盛大网络发展有限公司下属的网络游戏“传奇”尤为着迷，算是地道的“骨灰级”职业玩家。
职业玩家很特别，他们已经能够从游戏本身中获利。金某说，他在2010年前就已是一名职业玩家，并通过贩卖游戏装备获利甚巨，月赚超万元是经常的事。由于在游戏中声望较高，金某更是笼络了一群“好友”和“小弟”，这也为他下一阶段的“事业”发展打下了基础。
2010年初，已经筹措好资金的金某启动计划，他首先通过非法手段获取了上海盛大公司网游“传奇”的游戏源代码，之后立即架设私服平台，通过各种宣传手段吸引玩家。
“生意”十分火暴，金某的野心也越来越大。2011年初，金某在杭州开设了一家网络科技有限公司，并以此为背景扩大私服生意，租用了100多台服务器，公司下设4个部门，分别为频道管理、开服接待、技术管理、售后服务。
金某在网络聊天平台IS上专设IS900900的频道，通过该频道，金某首先能将服务器租售给欲架设“传奇”私服的网民，贩卖、改动游戏源代码从中获利，对应价格在2000元到8000元不等。其次，通过在频道中给开私服人员卖房间。此外，金某还通过频道接受广告业务，获利不菲。
短短两年时间涉案金额超千万
几万、十几万、上百万，日进斗金；几十人、几百人、上千人，私服下家与日俱增。金某同样感受到危险与紧张。
今年年初，金某想寻求“出路”。然而，警方已盯上了他们。2月8日，上虞警方接到安徽省芜湖市警方发来的协查函，要求上虞警方为他们正在办理的一起“运行传奇私服”非法经营案调查取证。上虞市警方立即展开调查。
经过近一个月的调查取证，该团伙100多台私服服务器、多个支付平台、上百个银行账号及虚拟身份都被警方布控，以犯罪嫌疑人金某、宋某为首的“私服”团伙浮出水面。
3月14日下午2时许，上虞市警方兵分两路，对杭州、上虞的两处私服窝点展开冲击，成功将金某、宋某及24名私服团伙成员抓获归案，现场缴获各类电脑28台、服务器100台、轿车1辆、赃款100余万元。之后，警方相继关停各类非法私服游戏网站1500余个，一个私服网络被彻底摧毁。截至4月23日，又有8名团伙成员被警方抓获或投案自首。
经审讯，金某、宋某等人对自2010年以来未经著作权人上海盛大网络发展有限公司授权，非法获取盛大公司传奇游戏的源代码，搭建私服游戏平台进行广告推广并非法获利，涉案案值高达1000余万元的犯罪事实供认不讳。
目前，警方已对金某等3人刑事拘留，其余人员取保候审，案件正在进一步深挖之中。
名词解释：私服，指未经合法授权私自架设的网络游戏服务器，其实质就是盗版网络游戏，从而谋取利益、侵害他人利益。

网络世界，躲在屏幕背后做事，常常产生“没有人知道你是一条狗”的幻觉，所以有人就胡来了。
做贼做到网上，也算是有点智商才干。无论是盗取源代码，还是非法转出他人账上的钱，此类案件时有发生。一些窃贼屡屡得手，以为真的没人知道。殊不知电脑上行事，貌似踏雪无痕，其实所有的行踪都留在那里明明白白，哪里逃得过？
让人想起掩耳盗铃的故事了。靠自己捂住耳朵，盗得了铃声大作的那口钟吗？显然不能。现实生活中，真正意义的掩耳盗铃当然没有，但是，对于计算机犯罪会留下痕迹，这些人也不是不懂，只是忍不住不下手。
违法者戒不了掩耳盗铃瘾，其实是陷入了一种自我欺骗。当他们做事时，总幻想着不会被人发现。虽然之后也会心有余悸，像今天报道中的这位金某，虽然日进斗金，但还是恐惧有加，他知道耳朵总有掩不住的那天。
如今，金某终于为自己的行为付出了代价。但是，躲在屏幕背后伸出黑手的人还不少。对于这些人来说，如不尽快悬崖勒马，翻车栽跟头的时候应该不远了。
此外，对于网络犯罪，我们也希望执法部门能够加大打击力度，尽量早点将违法犯罪者绳之以法。这样既减少社会危害性，也让他们早点走上救赎之路。否则“肥鼠”都养到千万元这样的骨灰级再抓，无论对谁，这个代价都太大了。
