第二次出汽车MOD覆盖版，因要求，新增奥迪中国
概念版，奥迪TT，CCTV，兰博警车系列等等。
上次因为时间原因忘了给大家汽车数据，请大家这
次把汽车数据替换下，这样玩起来就不是原来的车
了，是真正替换的新车。（数据必下！）
汽车MOD替换方法：把下载好的vehicles文件放到
Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages目录下就
汽车数据替换方法：解锁下载好的”汽车文件“里
面有四个文件，分别是carcols，cargrp，vehicles，
handling，把这四个文件放到Grand Theft Auto
IVcommondata目录下，这样就完成了数据替换。
我比别人说的更清楚，所以请大家把帖子顶起来，
