CS03 is the transaction code of Display BOM (Bill of Material)

Use transaction SE37 and enter *BOM*
or *Route* in text and search.

Why don't you use tables to extract the information?
Work Center Header
Work Center Text
If wanna link Cost Center use following tables
Work Center Assignment to Cost Center
Cost Center Master Data
Cost Center Text
If want to use Routing Information use following tables
Assignment of TaskList to Materials
Task List Operations/Activities
If want to link with CRHD (Work Center Header)
link PLPO.ARBID with CRHD.OBJID
Can also see what information PLKO (Task List Header) is having
Wanna link with Material Description use MAKT
MAPL.MATNR with MAKT.MATNR
Hope that will help you to resolve your issue.

I was searching for defined
&Function Module& because it will be faster
to extract data.
Otherwise Tables can be used to find mentioned data.
