论坛里关于升级到4.0系统很乱。特意整理了下，希望能帮帮忙。
安卓2.3.6升级到安卓4.0系统详细步骤说明：一、在刷此ROM前请先刷入官方4.0 B926底包（详见官方升级指导书---官方压缩包内有），& && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && & Android 2.3 升级至 Android 4.0 操作步骤 本次软件升级会擦除用户关键信息，请在升级前再次确认关键信息已经备份。 正式升级 & && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && && &步骤1. 通过电脑下载官方发布的软件升级包。 步骤2. 准备一张2G以上容量的SD卡，建议使用Sandisk, Kingstone, 或Kingmax，并保证此外置SD卡上的可用空间大于1G。 步骤3. 在该外置SD卡根目录下建立一个新目录，目录名为：dload。拷贝升级包目录：\dload\路径下的一个文件： “UPDATE.APP”到SD卡的“dload”目录下；同时拷贝升级包目录：\vendor\路径下的一个文件：“UPDATE.APP”改名为“UPDATE_CUST.APP”到SD卡的“dload”目录下。步骤4. 在Home（待机桌面）上，点击菜单键选择 “设置”&存储&软件升级&SD卡升级&选择“确认”，执行升级操作。二、正式刷第三方rom前需要先刷入G大的Recovery、root和解锁 Bootloader操作步骤：

1、手机上开启ADB调试，并确认ADB驱动正确***【小白可以开启豌豆荚一次就会自动***驱动】
2、运行解锁工具,先ROOT手机，重新运行工具，再解锁手机 注意！必须完全重新启动到桌面才能进行下一步。
一定要出现
（sd卡已连接，已将sd卡从pc断开连接）和
（已连接USB调试，选择停用USB调试）
一共是要重启三次。前两次都要出现
