一、先用Photoshop把这张需要用来制作仿鼠绘效果的素材照片打开，先执行CTRL+J复制一层（要养成这样的习惯），然后执行“滤镜-杂色-减少杂色”命令，把减少杂色面板中的强度设为10。
二、选择工具栏上的涂抹工具，把属性栏中的压力设为19%左右，然后用其对眼睛进行涂抹处理；再选择工具栏上的减淡工具，把阴影设为9%左右，用其对眼白区域进行处理，再用加深工具对眼球进行加深处理，最后用减淡工具涂抹眼睛的高光区域。
三、选择工具栏上的钢笔工具，勾出两只眼睛的上下眼皮，然后进行描边处理，填充完颜色以后，再对其进行高斯模糊处理。
四、用工具栏上的涂抹工具，对美女的嘴唇进行涂抹处理，再用减淡工具涂出高光区域。
五、使用画笔工具，选择睫毛笔刷，给人物添加一些漂亮的眼睫毛。
六、要做成仿鼠绘的效果，那头发的处理是必不可少的，用主直径为1像素的画笔工具，画出一组头发丝，然后多复制几层，排列好位置，再对其进行一下高斯模糊处理，这样的头发就看起来像是鼠绘出来的。
七、执行CTRL+M进行曲线调整，让人物的脸部皮肤看起来更白一些，再创建一个新的图层并执行盖印可见图层命令，然后对盖印后的图层执行高斯模糊处理，并把该层的混合模式设为柔光。
八、找到一朵花儿的素材，把花朵抠出来，摆放到人物的头部的适当位置作为装饰物。 花朵素材

九、最后再找一张比较有意境的图片作为背景，对背景图片稍微进行一些修改，这样一张仿鼠绘效果的非主流图片就制作好了。
