日本知名互联网公司CyberAgent旗下流行虚拟社区Ameba Pigg的注册用户数继续飙涨。据悉，Ameba Pigg在今年二月的注册用户数达到600万，而该公司在当时也表示Ameba Pigg每月所产生的利润高达720万美元，今年九月，Ameba Pigg日本国内注册用户数达850万 。
时至今日，Ameba Pigg在日本地区的注册用户已经达到1000万，为了庆祝这一里程碑式的数字，CyberAgent 设立了一个活动页面，用户可在其页面中半价购买游戏内虚拟物品和道具。据悉，用户在Ameba Pigg社区中除了有实时互动聊天，自定义装饰头像，共同参与社区活动等功能服务以外，用户还可以在Ameba Pigg虚拟世界中体验社交游戏 Pigg Life。 Pigg Life是一款花园模拟类社交游戏，该游戏自六月推出以来仅用3周的时间就收获了100万用户。此外，国际版的Ameba Pigg（名为Ameba Pico）也于近日突破四百万注册用户数。
