开始之前需要把牛奶对应的TSR导入导出插件进行放置。

二、用MilkShape 3D修改模型
这里导入模型是为了确认你所做模型在游戏中所占大小，后面会讲到用UV贴图所要用到的模型导入，以便游戏中贴图正确。如果模型大小适合游戏中所要效果，可以进入下面的步骤。
每个物件的骨骼不一定都只有一个，对于有小人有互动的物件（如床、电视）可能有多个，需要对应你新建MESH每个对应组。
没有互动的虽然也有骨骼，但也要绑定。

三、制作UV贴图
以下两种任意选一种，辅助软件制作相对复杂的模型会比较简单。
1、用3D MAX制作UV贴图
2、用其他辅助工具制作UV贴图
*3D MAX模型制作和辅助软件的具体使用方法网上有相关教程，这里就不多说了。
对已经导出的UV图用软件(如Photoshop)分别制作物件的覆盖层、蒙板层、阴影效果所用层和高光层。
保存为dds文件，相关制作可以参考纹理制作教程，对应软件所用插件请网络搜索。

还是想要牛奶的教程，现在我是对牛奶充满迷雾，TSR工厂我也会用了

牛奶只需要知道如何用它来导出导入模型和模型的骨骼绑定、放大缩小就可以了，其它用3DS MAX或MAYA就可以搞定。
原来是3DM制作贴图... 又多了一种纠结的软件要学
我从来都是捡现成的。。。好讨厌。。。
