买车的时候，售后服务的质量是我很重要的参考部分。毕竟花那么多钱买车，要是售后服务不给力，真的会给车主添堵。选择，除了他的五星安全之外，还有就是他全球统一标准的售后服务了。开那么多年，小保养大保养次次都去，就是为了图个放心。今年他们售后服务竞赛第十年，作为车主，受邀观摩今年的服务竞赛活动，终于对他们的服务内部流程有了更深刻的了解，也再一次感到自己当初选择福特是对的！
　　初到东营泰瑞福长安福特4S店，一下车就感受到浓烈的“节日气氛”。10年虽然不长，但是也不短，长安福特售后服务竞赛一下就坚持了10年！

　　从2005年到现在，长安福特一直在坚持服务竞赛的理由很简单，就是为了更好的服务客户。说实话，对车主来说，要是服务什么的都到位了，谁不愿意来4S店保养啊，既省心又放心。这是我在车间里拍的服务竞赛10年的历史墙，看到来自全国各地的售后服务技师十年如一日的付出，作为福特车主，我真的很有感触！

　　据说，这次是服务竞赛的决赛，是10年来规模最大的一次。共有来自全国的562家的一万四千多名服务选手参与了今年的比赛，经过层层选拔，最终有来自全国各地的25家经销商的服务精英入围总决赛。
　　活动最开始是开幕式，整个会场相当敞亮、气派，长安福特领导、媒体、经销商都基本到位了，也见到了长安福特几个大Boss。

　　各个大区经理上台，从长安福特领导们手里接过旗帜，音乐烘托的整个现场气氛特别的激昂！

　　第一次这么深入的进到车间，头顶上标语随处可见，表达着长安福特售后服务人员为消费者提供满意服务的决心。

　　通过一个环节一个环节参观选手们比赛，才真实的感受到了长安福特全球统一的服务标准的流程究竟是什么样。平时出了问题， 只知道一个***打来，我都没想过现实情况是人家有一套非常专业的流程。
　　有幸参观了这次服务竞赛的总决赛，说实话还挺激动地，不仅使我真正能够感受到什么是专业，什么是满意服务，更让我能更加放心的把车开回4S店交给售后服务人员做保养了。
