18日注册账号并用信用卡付款玩了几个小时，当晚收到邮件说付款未成功被暂时锁定了
19日晚重新付款，并在美服官网提交了解封申请的回报单ticket
20日收到付款成功邮件，付款订单显示已完成，而账号依然锁定，回报单仍在等待审核没有回复，于是又在台服和欧服分别提交了相同的解封申请回报单
目前，回报单都是已发送未审核状态，没有任何的回复，距第一封美服回报单提交已过了35+小时了
不知道这种情况会怎么处理，是解锁还是退款（当然希望是解锁），回报单一般是多久回复（都快2天了）
请教我该怎么办，求指点求安慰，很想玩，谢谢

请问，我30级后想自己建立一个帮派，主要目的是想拥有一个属于自己的帮派仓库，这样1个账号下的3个角色转移东西方便一些。但是要求3天内必须招满10人，我是不是可以双开，大号去稻香村加自己的小号入帮？小号入帮没有等级限制吧？
同一个帮派有没有阵营限制？比如我打算一直保持中立，不想参与任何PK。一个帮派是否可以存在不同阵营的成员？
另外，帮派装备如何？我不追求极品，只要中等装备就可以，自己做任务打怪感觉比较轻松就好。

建议去官方论坛 jx3.&&人多点
中立帮派不限制阵营，帮派装是个过渡装。
70了是也单刷不了副本的，除了低级的。剑三的PVE就是一个刷子情缘。

哦，多谢楼上的回答。昨天看到门派装也不错，做任务声望到亲密了，40级就可以兑换。如果加1级小号凑10人的方案可行的话，我今天就可以建帮派了。
官方论坛人气确实不错，都说剑网3很失败，玩家数量没有预期的人多。不过看官网论坛还是挺不错的。游戏服务器也不少啊，至少跟三国群英传2相比实在是太多了。

70级单刷FB的话只能刷低级的
如果你喜欢独来独往
那就每天日常，看风景，或者练生活技能
建立帮派也是没有限制的
无论大小号，有十个人就行

1级的小号都可以，凑够10个就OK~~~
但是未付费的账号貌似不能加帮，以前不能，现在不知道能不能
一个帮派可以允许中立和任意一个阵营，对立阵营在一个帮是不能存在的。
