&&& 喻子牛,1962年生,湖南湘潭人,中国科学院研究员、博士生导师,中国科学院湛江海洋经济动物实验站站长。2005年初入选中科院“引进国外杰出人才计划”(百人计划),进入南海海洋研究所工作。现任中国贝类学会常务理事、国家贝类产业技术研发中心&育种与繁育& 研究室岗位专家、科技部国际科技合作项目评审专家、《热带海洋学报》和《American Journal of Molecular and Cellular Biology》(USA) 编委、美国甲壳贝类学会(NSA)和世界牡蛎学会(WOS)会员。
&&& 1979-83年间于湖南师范大学生物系学习,获学士学位;1986年山东大学生物系研究生毕业,获硕士学位,同年进入青岛海洋大学,从事水产生物遗传学与育种学的教学和科研工作;1997年在青岛海洋大学获博士学位;年间分别在美国两所大学(University of Delaware和The State University of New Jersey)作为博士后和高级研究助理(Senior Research Associate)从事了5年多的海洋贝类遗传学与分子生物学研究,期间除参加多项课题外,曾申请并主持NOAA(National Sea Grant)课题一项。
&&& 多年来先后主持和参与了多项国家和省部级科研项目,包括863课题、973课题、国家自然科学基金课题及重点课题、国家公益性农业专项、国家现代农业技术体系建设专项、中国科学院知识创新重要方向性项目、创新团队国际合作伙伴计划项目、广东省自然科学基金重点课题等。目前主要从事贝类遗传学与育种学、分子生物学与基因组学、分子系统学研究,取得了一系列创新性学术成果,在国内外学术期刊发表论文100余篇,其中SCI收录论文50篇, 专利3项;并与美国、法国、澳洲、香港等国家和地区同行建立了实际的联系和合作。
&研究领域:
(1)贝类遗传学与育种研究:&开发、利用微卫星、SNP、mtDNA等分子标记,进行遗传多样性、群体遗传结构解析、育种过程中遗传变化的监测与评价、种类鉴定等;通过连锁分析进行遗传连锁图构建;利用家系选择、群体选择、多倍体和杂交进行牡蛎优良品种培育。(2) 贝类功能基因与基因组学:&利用各种分子生物学和生物信息学技术, 以及转录组、表达谱分析,研究性状的分子基础,解析基因组特征;通过性状相关的功能基因筛选、克隆、表达分析,研究其分子水平的功能和调控,为性状解析和良种培育提供可供利用的基因、基因组信息和工具。&(3)贝类线粒体基因组与分子系统学:&通过线粒体基因组测序和分析,运用分子系统学理论和方法,研究、比较贝类线粒体基因组的结构与变化、基因重排及其进化,进行种类鉴定;解析并探讨贝类种、属、科等各种类间、类群间的系统关系和地位。&
