　我在这个游戏投入大约1500元以上，连帐号价值超过2500元，（差不多买齐了装备）2天前他们不提前告知的情况下突然封号，在我再三追问下，解释说是我开外挂，而我从为使用过,现在该公司拒不解封也不出示我开挂之证据！只是说在调查。而且他们的做法明显违反了网络游戏管理条例的：
第十四条　网络游戏经营单位根据法律法规或者服务协议停止为网络游戏用户提供服务的，应当提前告知用户并说明理由！！！
该公司还违反了：
网络游戏管理条例"第十八条（三）不得以随机抽取等偶然方式，诱导网络游戏用户采取投入法定货币或者网络游戏虚拟货币方式获取网络游戏产品和服务。
用买芯片开箱子的方式让客户投入货币来随机抽取虚拟产品！
现在我要求他们赔偿由于违规封号给我造成的损失200元（可以虚拟支付）并且立即解除封停！
如不给解除封停，我要求赔偿经济损失2500元！！！！
