之前被盗、
骗子手里应该掌握包括***在内很多资料、
目前 、我已经把账号已经清空并且填写了新的密保资料 、
说更改密保资料后15日内可以申诉 、
我想自己申诉一下 、
自己申诉自己账号、
这样半年之内就安全了、
请问万能的妞们、
谁知道在哪里申诉？

好像是这个修改密保资料的，
申诉之后可以把原来的资料全部更新或者补全，
这样半年内都不能再改资料了~~~

有人可能要说，我之前一次都没被盗过，这次怎么连资料都被改了呢?没被盗过不代表盗号的那里没你的记录，之前你的密保措施做得好，密保卡、***密保、贴身密保、电脑绑定一起上，盗号的即使窃取到你的帐号也只能干瞪眼。
全是新平台惹的祸。(有点长，慢慢看)
1、新平台时推出不发公告提醒，玩家失去完善资料的最佳时机。
九月初新平台早已推出，而很多不常逛论坛的老玩家根本不知道这回事，当时新旧平台交替，谁知道哇，玩游戏又不是玩平台。游戏里也没见出什么相关的公告。
本人还是无意间进了斑竹 心碎芙殇 的微博看到一条提醒新平台上线的消息才知道的。
最初的新平台漏洞太明显了，仅凭密保问题就能修改密码，仅凭密保问题就能绑定手机。绑定手机之后便能修改一切资料。
我当时吓了一跳，赶紧把所有资料全部修改一遍。
2、为什么会被盗号
这次被盗的老玩家居多，有的甚至是玩了5年多的老玩家。
因为老玩家的密保资料普遍简单。
06年07年注册的时候，我猜大多数密保问题类似是这样的：问：1234567 答：7654321，或者你的名字是什么?答：某某某。
基本上有了帐号资料，百度一下，要猜出密保***不太难。
老玩家有5年多的游戏经历，期间肯定经历过被盗，这次被盗的玩家可以回想一下，自己以前被盗过吗?
如果被盗过，那么盗号的手里就有记录，这些记录在盗号的那里俗称：老信。
当新平台出现漏洞的时候，老信的身价就上涨了。

而这次新平台修改资料太简单了，所以。。。新平台对盗号的来说是个好机会，简直是百年难遇的好机会，最近钱庄多了这么多清空宝宝的的大号就能说明问题。
举个例子：
我有一个做仓库用的小号，里面放了很多值钱的道具，以前只绑了张密保卡，结果某一天我的密保卡掉了，进不去了。上老平台解绑密保卡，超级密码乱写的，不记得了，密保资料没填写，这号就这样不能上了。
新平台出来后，没有填写密保资料的号居然只需填个密码就能设置密保资料，设置好后，解绑，这样我的小号又回来了。
