江湖救急，实在不知道该怎么回答审稿人的问题了啊！求大神帮忙！
小弟最近收到了杂志的意见，1号审稿人同意发表。2号审稿人体的问题着实不知道该怎么回答，还请各位虫友帮帮忙啊！！！！！江湖救急！
意见如下：
In figure 5 and 6 authors showed that there is increase in mRNA and protein expression of I&kappa&B&alpha& after Con-A injection which is reversed by 某治疗药物. But as a matter of fact I&kappa&B&alpha& gets ubiquitinated and phosphorylated by IKK&beta& and subsequently degraded before the activation of NF-&kappa&B to induce cytokine production. But, here this is not the fact and on the contrary, in this study after 某治疗药物 treatment, there is a reduction in I&kappa&B&alpha& and also NF-&kappa&B expression which is going against the hypothesis of the manuscript and the classical pathway. I would suggest the authors to clarify the issue.
