之前被盗、
骗子手里应该掌握包括***在内很多资料、
目前 、我已经把账号已经清空并且填写了新的密保资料 、
说更改密保资料后15日内可以申诉 、
我想自己申诉一下 、
自己申诉自己账号、
这样半年之内就安全了、
请问万能的妞们、
谁知道在哪里申诉？

申诉之后可以把原来的资料全部更新或者补全，
这样半年内都不能再改资料了~~~

天龙八部账号被盗，密码，超级密码，安全邮箱，***等密保资料被修改怎么办？搜客中文一步一步手把手教你拿回属于你的账号。
&&&&注意：善意的提醒，卖号后希望找回的朋友请绕道。。。原则上不希望本文的内容被这部分人所掌握。
& & 一、我们说下搜狐畅游的账号管理原则，官网上说不支持账号交易。同时在游戏内公开喊叫卖号的账号将会受到被禁言的处罚。从这一点出发，我们可以得到一个结论，官网不支持账号交易，那么意味着第一手的密保资料为判读账号归属的唯一凭证，即使中途修改过密报资料也是一样。不过时间长了就不好说了，为什么这么说，请看第二条说明。
& & 二，我们说说为什么我们使用原始的注册信息也有可能取不回账号？？？为什么。。。使用过在线***的朋友一定知道，当我们修改密保资料成功后gm会返回一条信息：自密报资料修改12天内无人提出异议，半年内再次修改密保资料将不再受理。。。那么我们必须在发现账号被盗，资料被改的第一时间进行账号停权操作，这可以认为是有异议操作吧。
& & 三，下面我们说明下，账号被盗后怎么找回，怎么申诉。
& && &&&进入在线***-账号问题-修改密保资料。。填写相关资料进行提交即可。存在一下2种情况
& && & （1）提交后很快,gm回复：您提交的资料达不到受理要求
& && & （2）处理中。。。直至处理完毕
& & 四、对于被拒绝受理的原因
& && & 这里值得一说的是，在填写密报资料的时候，填写原始注册信息，如果你修改过多次，请填写上次修改的信息。切忌信息点要正确。以***信息为主，其他为辅。***信息错误，那就不行了。
& && & 如果根本不知道当时注册时，到底瞎编乱造了什么，那么也没关系。。。你必须保证你填写的安全邮箱什么的100%正确吧。。。。如果你连你的注册城市，时间什么的都全忘光了。。。。那么，完了，神仙都救不了了
& && & 一般说来、如果你知道你当时（1）注册的姓名、证件号码、安全邮箱、安全问题、手机号码也有***扫描那么通过申请表会被受理。
& && & （2）安全邮箱、安全问题、手机号码、城市、时间 那么你不需要有***扫描也可以
& && & （3）说明下，有的人会问，我的资料都被人篡改了。。。那个安全问题不是我的，我天肯定被拒绝受理。我可以明确的说，那个随便胡乱写都可以。那个不重要，事实证明，那个不重要可以忽略。
& && &&&对于1，2，3点来说 有***扫描的来说，什么安全问题了，手机了完全可以乱写都没问题，如果姓名、***忘了或者是别人的，那么剩下的其他资料就必须完全正确，不可乱填。明白了么。。。当然密报问题例外。。其他的是gm判断的依据。切记切记
& && &&&再次，对于那些个要买号的朋友，切忌切忌，
& && &&&如果对方也有***扫描咋办？所有的原始资料都有咋办？？这个似乎是针对卖号的行为。。。。

如果您的电脑不安全，或者您的***电子版已经被盗号者获取怎么办？
凭借您的原始***件信息可以申请停权的同时，可以进行密保资料的修改。修改的同时上传原始注册***的扫描件，值得注意的时。再上传的时候，第一个上传文件上传***的正反扫描，第二个上传您户籍对应页面的扫描即可。无条件，的召回。。。。

刚发现号被盗，被恶意绑定了手机和贴身密保。部分资料被修改.....用注册邮箱改了超级密码和安全码，然后改掉密码，可惜那个手机绑和贴身密保解不了。你大爷的无解.....

我有一个帐号也是被盗了，，而且密保资料没被修改，对方只是把邮箱，超级密码，密码这些修改了，，我帐号找不回来了，，我没***扫描件，，，但是什么密保资料，密保问题，注册时间，地点我都有，，提交了N会***了，，***，都是以 提交的***扫描件不正确 回复，，不能修改，，，到现在我都帐号找不回来，，请问我的帐号能找回吗，，。。

畅游这么大的公司，对于防止盗号的流程和逻辑让人匪夷所思，盗号的只需要知道***号，就可以更改安全邮箱，更改了安全邮箱就可以改安全密码和一切资料，至于身份信息的更改，无需***扫描件，只要安全邮箱，***号，和手机号码，就可以把所有的身份信息改掉。这是我亲眼见证的被盗号全过程，也去北京畅游总部核实过，这就是内部的流程，对于几年的游戏玩家，盗号的只需要几分钟就可以摧毁所有内容。并且GM并不给你申述，和停权，回复的是你争议不予受理，因为你的资料已经被改，180天不能被改回来，你也不符合争议的条件，因为这个号已经不是你的了。这是最最公然的商业诈骗，让人对这家网游公司充满了担忧
