Failed to Connect to the server.
Please try again later.
I have been getting this problem on my computer for days now.
I tried reinstalling the game, making a new client registry, deleting the files and re-validating them, even just changing my password.
Nothing is working.The best part, it works fine on my laptop, just not on my PC.
How can I get this to work?

EDIT: I just noticed servers are down for 12-17 hours for tech upgrades. Doh! Thanx for information
