怎么区分钽电容真假
由于近段时间公司产品经常出现钽电容烧坏的现象,特意在网上搜索了一下关于钽电容辨别真假的,网络上对于辨别电容的真假知识还不少的,下面是引用比较多的内容,如下:

&市面上的假货也分好多种,一般来说可以分这么几种。
&1.国产钽电容改***X,这种用国产钽电容打磨掉上面的字,直接用激光扫描上去新的字,把子打成***X的样子,这种基本看下焊脚可以看出来,国产的焊脚正负极是一样的!这种来说一般比较假!容易出问题!
2.KEMET改***X,同样是打磨掉上面的字重新扫面上去,这种也是看看焊脚就可以看出来,KEMET的焊脚也是一样的!这种假得比较真,不会出问题,譬如说
同是47UF 16V 的料,用KEMET改成***X,容值电压都没问题,用起来也没问题,为什么这么改?KEMET这料只要0.5元,改称***X后身价就到了0.65元了,这种改我觉得还是比较仁慈的。
&3.年份这个东西改改问题也比较大,人家06年的沉货换个09年的标贴上去就变成09年新货的价格了!这种VISHAY好认点,钽电容上面基本有标年份,譬如说WD代表08年。
&原装***X可以从三方面去识别
&1.焊脚,原装***X焊脚正极跟负极不一样,正极的为U型号的,也就是凹进去的,而不是跟负极一样是平的

假冒:磨砂表面,激光打标,字体有细纹,有烧焦感,边缘甚至会残缺
正品:对光看表面是反光的
假冒:磨砂的,用千分尺测厚度也比正品薄0.1mm
&为啥要造假,很简单,1元一颗的电容,打磨后标称钽聚,增值5倍!

2.2uf的钽电容居然经常出现烧坏的现象,今天在网上搜索内容之后算有点明白了,由于NEC钽电容是丝印在表面的,而我们现用的钽电容表面很多丝印比较模糊的,但愿不像网上说的那样买到假的了,
先不管真假了,换成***X的再说,网络上普遍反应***X的耐压值要比其它品牌的耐压值高,希望我的判断是正确的,只是因为电容质量原因,而不是我们的电路设计原因,
通过今天晚上的学习,大概能区分出***X的真货和水货之间的区别了
