山楂糖葫芦不能饭前吃
　　有不少的人喜欢饭前吃糖葫芦，觉得酸酸甜甜的山楂比较能开胃，其实这样做是错的。　　南京市中医院消化科主任金小晶介绍，空腹时最好不要吃过多山楂。　　山楂味酸，无毒，可以消积食，补脾，发小儿疮疹，还有健胃，通结气的功效。但是，由于山楂味&酸&，空腹吃容易伤害脾胃。对于健康人，饭前胃部已经处于空的状态，而进食山楂对胃部是一个刺激，久而久之，可能也会造成胃酸分泌较多，甚至引起胃部不必要的疼痛。患胃病的人，如胃酸过多、胃炎、胃溃疡、反流性胃炎、反流性食管炎患者不适合空腹吃山楂。对于脾胃虚弱的人，一般建议少吃山楂，患有龋齿的人，特别是小孩子不宜多吃，易损坏牙齿。同时因为山楂易耗气，体虚之人也要避免多吃。　　当然，对于身体强壮的体实之人，倒是可以饭后吃山楂助消化，尤其是油腻的肉类食物吃撑了，用山楂助消化的效果很好。
