Appreciate your conscientious attitude and hard work spirit, I plan to talk to you next Tuesday&&for your more responsibilities( originally was planned by this week but changed due to tighten schedule this week and next Monday).

For instance, I did ask you to help me to attend last Friday’s SIP meeting since I was busy on a conference call with third party auditor,&&but after meeting there is no any feedback and comment from you, or even you have no any question regarding this meeting, did you understand why I send you to that meeting? Did you understand how you help me to attend such kind of meetings? And if I assign you to be delegated person to control this meeting, what will be the key elements you should tracking and follow up?
Another example, you are now responsible for scorecard, but to real understand the scorecard and to be prepared for possible questions from scorecard meeting, your should understand the budget and cost roll (see attachment), will you now able to explain to me each key items in the spreadsheet and do you understand where the variances came from and how we should check the different variance aspects?
I just want you to think differently on your work and responsibilities, and I’m expecting you will not only require yourself to take more jobs, but also think about how you can improve your working quality. I will discuss with you face to face next Tue and you can prepared for any question you may have.
