不好意思 报的错误是这个：Caused by: java.lang.NullPointerException: Attempt to get length of null array

decryptResult& &这玩意是空的，这个是解密的对吧，那空指针的原因可能就是解密的问题了
一步步debug吧，看下哪一步没有获取到数据
空指针，debug一下，以后你会发现空指针是最好解决的bug，哈哈哈。
textView.setText(new String(decryptResult));改为textView.setText(decryptResult);
你的textView有没有findViewById()得到？
