1: 应用GameGuard后，游戏变慢该如何解决？
如果您的电脑符合推荐的配置，请检查您使用的杀毒软件的设置。将一些不必要的功能如实时病毒监测等禁用并重新再试。某些情况下，杀毒软件会引起冲突。如果杀毒软件占用较高的CPU，关闭不必要的功能后有助于提高游戏运行速度。
2:GameGuard重复执行的错误（错误代码115，110）
1. 请确认GameGuard是否执行。如果像以下的图片一样能看到蓝色的盾牌模样的话，意思就是GameGuard正在执行。
2. 在这样的情况下再执行游戏的话，会出现错误。
[GameGuard重复执行的现象]
* 结束游戏后，在GameGuard还没结束的情况下就再执行游戏的时候发生问题。
* 一起执行运用GameGuard的两种游戏的时候发生问题。(例子 : 执行天堂 -& 执行跑跑卡丁车)这样的现象是GameGuard还没完全结束的情况，所以GameGuard图标完全消去后，再执行游戏就可以解决问题。还是解决不了的话，请重新启动后再执行游戏。3:Windows兼容问题 (错误代码 151)
如果在兼容模式的情况下执行GameGuard的话，就会出现初始化失败的现象,而执行不了游戏。
解决方案：右击游戏客户端的快捷方式，选择【属性】，然后点击【兼容性】，之后在里面查看【用兼容性运行此程序】是否被勾选。
如果被勾选，取消去除这个勾选。也就是【取消&&兼容】。
4: 游戏载入需要很长时间，显示错误代码114之后游戏被关闭是什么原因？
A: 可能是因为电脑中某程序占用了很大CPU，或者显卡或声卡驱动未更新到最新。请扫描病毒和间谍程序，更新显卡驱动和声卡驱动到最新；您所使用的杀毒软件可能超出了系统的支持能力（如Norton2005,McAfee,VirusBuster等）。请重新设定杀毒软件的设置，例如将网络监测、outlook检测、脚本监视功能去掉。

5: GameGuard无法更新，出现错误代码124、150或者153怎么办？
A: 请按照提供的链接手动下载并***GameGuard。或者建议重新***游戏客户端
6: 游戏无法运行，出现错误代码100？
A: 电脑很可能中毒。请更新杀毒软件全面扫描电脑。如果扫描后仍然出现错误代码100，那么电脑中可能存在您的杀毒软件无法检测出的病毒。请使用其他杀毒软件进行查杀。
7: GameGuard没有初始化，出现错误代码360？
A: 点击鼠标右键磁盘驱动器-工具-磁盘扫描，删除整个GameGuard文件夹，手动下载***GameGuard后重新运行游戏。或者参照本文章的第10条解决方案。
8: GameGuard没有初始化，出现错误代码361？
A: GameGuard更新没有正常进行。请检查网络设置，是否有类似于firewall的安全程序在运行。 请确认您是否有权访问网络。
9: GameGuard更新停止，出现错误代码350？
A: 更新过程中按下了取消键，也可能因为有限的网络带宽而停止。或者FTP、HTTP连接被阻止。这种情况时请点击重试键。
10:游戏提示GameGuard380错误（此错误同时包含：350,360,361错误）
1. 安全程序（防火墙）阻止GameGuard连接,导致无法更新GameGuard。
- 请在安全程序的选项上允许GameGuard或者当您玩游戏的时候暂时解除防火墙的功能。2. 外部防火墙妨害连接GameGuard更新服务器的情况。
- 在学校或者公司一般都用防火墙。 防火墙阻止连接GameGuard客户端与GameGuard更新服务器,请向网络管理员询问。
3. 网络线路有问题
- 请您确认网络是否稳定, 或者连接网络前是否需要验证策略。
4. 设定代理服务器
请打开internet explorer单击[工具] - [网络选项] - [连接] - [局域网(LAN)设置]后，解除代理服务器的功能。
5. hosts 文件的变更
- hosts文件可以把IP地址映射到特定的网页地址。 间谍和病毒损坏hosts文件的情况经常发生，所以我们要确认hosts文件是否被变更。
在以下的位置上双击hosts文件，并以【记事本】打开。编辑里面的内容：删除与游戏或GameGuard相关的内容后保存。
