本作为官方继之前妄想科学***G《混沌头脑》和《混沌头脑 诺亚》之后所推出的续作，在这次游戏中，玩家将再度化身为主角西条拓巳，并以过着充实的现实生活为目标展开一连串的恋爱欢乐喜剧（包含多数妄想）。在这次游戏里，依然保留了前作能够让主角来进行&妄想&的特别模式&妄想***&（妄想トリガ?）系统的设定，同时除了前作登场人物之外，本作中还将会新追加新角色&艾琳芙蕾．欧洁儿&（Erin-fray Orgel／エリンフレイ·オルジェル，声优：加藤 英美里）登场。通称为&艾琳&的这个新角色，是拓巳最喜欢的电视卡通《Blood Chain》中当场的架空角色，年纪虽然才十岁，不过却总是一副老成口气，而且又很高傲的女孩，也是女主角&星来欧洁儿&妹妹；只会二次元的东西有兴趣的御宅主角，在这次将再度进入怎样的妄想世界当中，或是跟怎样的登场人物们展开丰富的亲密现实生活，都将让玩家们体验到与之前截然不同的全新乐趣。
