With any GTA IV image editor (Spark IV, Open IV,..etc), insert
the content of the selected folder in the game path:
Grand Theft Auto IVpcmodelscdimages --INSERT FILES--> playerped.img
This skin replaces Niko Bellic and his initial clothes.
