It’s smaller than most hand bags and lighter than most as well - less than 5 lbs. It’s truly one of the best choices for the active oxygen therapy patient, or just those who want to be able to go anywhere they could before while receiving the oxygen therapy they need.
The Freestyle offers pulse dose oxygen up to a setting of 3, with a maximum oxygen output of 332 ml/min (milliliters per minute). You’ll never again have to worry about ordering oxygen refills, as this small portable oxygen concentrator, like all other oxygen concentrators, filters the oxygen it brings in from the air around it. As long as the Freestyle offers the amount of oxygen you need, it’s an oxygen patient’s dream come true.
The whole thing is very user friendly, as well. The LED Control Panel is easy to read, and is covered with a protective lid, which is easy to open and close. On the control panel, you will find the flow setting buttons and a battery test button, which you will press to see how much battery life it has left. The buttons are large and easy to press to change settings or turn the Freestyle 3 on and off by pressing the flow setting button. The battery life is displayed in 25% increments.
The Freestyle 3’s internal battery will last up to 2.5 hours on the setting of 2, and more or less depending on the setting. If you need to use the Freestyle 3 longer than that each time you need your oxygen dosage, you can get the AirSep External Battery, or the AirSep AirBelt. These supplemental batteries are plugged into the Freestyle 3 and will add up to 3.5 more hours of battery life, depending on the setting. You can also easily recharge the supplemental batteries or the Freestyle 3 itself with the AC/DC power cord.
The FAA approved AirSep Freestyle 3 can be taken almost anywhere you might want to travel to. You can easily carry it with you across your body with the AirSep Focus shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is adjustable and very comfortable. There’s no need for a cart to carry this petite portable oxygen concentrator around.
The Freestyle earns its name by freeing you up to live a healthy and active lifestyle, while receiving the oxygen therapy dosage you need to stay healthy.
