我脚底板那里有2个大的硬茧，里面看上去还有个小的圆的心一样的东西，想是硬皮的眼睛一样的，可能是因为经常自己修吧，每次修的差不多了这个圆的东西就特别的明显。还有后跟那里那有硬皮，但是没有像眼睛的东西，有2个小黑点。现在后跟没感觉的，就是前面的地方路稍微走的长点就痛的厉害，用手捏的话很痛，但是直接用手按下去反而不痛

&&&&&&你好，根据你描述的情况考虑鸡眼，鸡眼为高于皮面的硬结，好发于易受压和摩擦的部位，一般也有疼痛感，治疗可用温热水泡软患处，削去角质层，将橡皮膏中央剪孔贴于患处，露鸡眼，外敷万灵丹再盖一层胶布封固，3-5日后撕下就可以了。
