我天天面对这样打法的SF，场均1.4冒，虽然不高，给你说说经验。
开球尽可能把SF卡在3分线外
一旦SF靠近3秒，别卡了，再卡相当于放弃防守，保持1个半身位距离
标准姿势看脚 听声音，一个半身位有足够的时间，就看你能不能正对上
弹跳也看脚，身体伸直了跳，别听声音
完美这姿势我估计你朋友不会装
中投冒点不同于3分，离篮筐越近越要早跳，只能慢慢掌握
NicePass比较特殊，类似于勾手，但是冒点没那么靠后，意思就是需要更近一些冒，一个半身位是很难冒到的，尤其对于G来说。
G防守SF，如果假投跟上一步就抢断，千万别SF拿球就按S。
第一要跟准，第二要看好，宁可用干扰也尽量减少冒空。
另外干扰有效是从投篮动作开始算起，也就是按下D的同时，如果你没有举手，这次干扰是无效的。
