AMD HD4200集显在win10下不能***官方驱动

因为台式机用HDMI连接了电视，当选择分辨率为1080P的时候画面不能全屏。这个问题在win7、win8下也会出现，只有***AMD官方驱动，并通过催化剂管理器的“缩放选项”调节过扫描才能实现电视上1080P全屏。可刚升级win10，虽然能装上微软的驱动，但是也出现了1080p下不能全屏，通过使用右键“以管理员模式运行”***AMD催化剂13.1、13.9、13.11都未能***，错误报告显示“AMD显卡驱动未能***”，且催化剂控制面板打开失败。如***AMD官方专为win10推出的15.7.1驱动，虽能***并能打开催化剂控制面板，但只有调节CPU功率的面板，却并没有显卡调节选项。（可惜15.7.1驱动只针对HD5000以上系列作出优化）请问高手如何解决win10下对于HD4200等老显卡的驱动***或者实现缩放（欠扫描过扫描调节）？
