如果你还有这个问题 在路由器里开放端口 这个错误代码是端口错误。
TCP端口: 开放80，443，5223
UDP端口: 开放，3658
在路由器的网页设置里 如果你是tp-link的 在转发规则--虚拟服务器里 修改
其他牌子的路由 大同小异，把上述的3+3个端口输入到 协议一半是TCP 一半是UDP
IP地址写ps3的ip地址！不是电脑或是路由的。应用和生效即可。
另注proxy 只能单纯的减少下载时间，他是一款将psn下载转为电脑下载的软件

　　各位朋友们，确实不希望你们进来看，进来看帖的都是发生若干问题，既然问题已发生，希望这里能给大家作点参考，以下的原文只有少部份有提示解决方法（非官方），而且错误码不齐全（8001000A也没收录），有待更新及修改。
　　以下全部是自己个人翻译，本人英语水平不高也不是计算机專材，此文虽已反复检查核对多次，个人认为此帖还存在错漏，希望各方高手加以纠正，不胜感激
　　有“注”释的为个人见解，不一定正确。
　　提醒一下有关网络错误的朋友，请移玉步跑趟置顶或爬文，偶不作重复解释了，先抱个歉。

Hard boot the PS3，turn off the PS3 to stand-by，flip off the back swtich(错别字，正确为switch) and remove the power cord. Then shut off your modem/router，for about 5 mintues，then turn the modem back up first and let it sync，then turn the router back on(if using one) and let it sycn. Reconnect your power cable and flip the back swtich up again. Then make a new network connnection
强行重启方式启动PS3，关闭PS3至备用模式，关闭有关网络设备5分钟以上，重启予以更新新的设定，建议把电源一并拔掉(注1:hard boot意即通过关闭，打开电源的方式重新启动)(注2:原文解释有点复杂，简单说把PS3及有关网络设置关总电源，过几分钟重开)
PS3 Network is Down or PS3 Network is too busy to respond
PS3网络当掉，塞车，无响应(注:问题主要在官方那边，等维护好了再连吧)
Turn the PS3 off for a bit (30 minutes give or take) with the power toggle (not standby XMB or touch button)

或者反过来，是一堆老 PS3 拖着 PSN 下水。总之，目前没人清楚发生了什么，只知道 PSN 先前处在挂点的状态，连带着让许多旧的 PS3 也跟着出各种问题，包括意义不明的 8001050F 错误码、当机、时间重设、甚至严重一点的还有人资料毁损。目前 Sony 正在深入研究问题出在哪里，但从 twitter 上的响应看，似乎新的 PS3 slim 并不受影响。各位读者状况如何呢？
