厦门远华集团走私案主犯赖昌星遣返日期一改再改，加拿大边境服务处昨公布将预定遣返日期由本周四押后本周五ᣨ2日），以免周三同时进行暂缓遣返聆讯、是否受理对风险评估报告的司法覆核，以及司法覆核这三个程序
遣返日期再押后
加拿大联邦法院将在周三聆讯厦门远华走私案主犯赖昌星要求暂缓遣返，但赖昌星昨日表示，决定不***;往渥太华出席聆讯。他再次指摘联邦移民部个别官员，在取证时「做手脚」，对他不利。
而一再要求遣返目的地为香港的赖昌星还透露，当年通过「找父亲，给人家当儿子」的方式，改姓后从陕西获得公安部发出的单程证***;往香港。他说，不管怎么样，证件都是公安部发出的。
为赖昌星批出单程证的陕西省公安厅***;副厅长张永辉，已年被判´。西安市中级法院的判决书指，张永辉ै&#ै间，由其下属王炜采取模仿领导签字、私盖公章等手段，为香港商人吴华博非法办理ࡪ的赴港单程证，其中包括改名「蔡昌星」的赖昌星一家五口。
港指不合法入境
香港入境处曾致函加拿大驻港总领事馆，指称赖昌星原籍福建，但单程证由陕西经不合法途径发出，入境处认为赖昌星的单程证无效，属不合法入境，不应获发永久居民身份证，因此他没有居留权。
加拿大联邦法U将开庭审理厦门远华集团走私案主要嫌疑犯赖昌星申请暂缓遣返一案，如果赖昌星这项上诉被驳回，加拿大移民部将Ÿ2日把他遣送出境。
加拿大联邦法院指出，赖昌星案将于当地时U下午一时举行聆讯，届时赖昌星和加拿大移民部两造律师都将直接出庭。
赖昌星一家人向加拿大申请难民案经过多年缠讼，去年遭加拿大最高法院驳回，移民部的遣返***;风险评估本月中旬出炉，指他们被遣返中国后并无遭处死的危险。
移民部原Ÿ26日遣返赖昌星，经他委托律师向联邦法院上诉，申请暂缓遣返，随后再就风险评估结果从事司法覆核。法院方面建议U聆讯中，一并审理暂缓遣返、是否受理司法覆核等程序，赖昌星的代表律师已接受，移民部立场还不清楚。
赖昌星将遣返受审 厦门反应平淡
据大公报报道，在境外媒体连篇累牍刊登厦门远华走私案主犯赖昌星将被加拿大遣返回中国的有关报道时，远华案的发生地厦门，许多党政机关干部和普通民众反而对此反应平淡，当地的媒体对此报道不多。人们似乎对赖昌星是否回国受审不是太关注，厦门一切还是按既有的轨迹运转。
一位机关干部说，厦门对赖昌星回国受审反应平淡，主要是因为现在的厦门早已走出远华案的阴影。远华案刚爆发时，厦门市的形象严重受损，一大批干部牵连其中，走私形成的产业链戛然而止，厦门的政治经济受到重创，以致相当的时间里，厦门士气不振，元气大伤。
可是，现在不同了，近几年，厦门的竞争力全国排名连续上升，二零零五年综合竞争力排名全国第九位。去年，厦门的GDP首次超过一千亿元，城镇居民人均可支配收入为一万六千四百零三元，比上年增长百分之十三点六，厦门市经济发展正处于新一轮增长周期的上升期，全市经济总量持续扩大。
与机关干部不同，一些早年就在厦门开出租车的司机，说起赖昌星似乎印象深刻。一位姓陈的司机说，在远华案之***;，在厦门开出租汽车，比现在可是好赚多了，汽油便宜（走私来的），开出租车的也少，随便拉几趟都比现在赚得多。现在，汽油不断上涨，就是车费不涨，开出租车的活越来越不好做了。
有报道称，赖昌星引渡回国后，可能将押回厦门审讯，到时可能还会抓出一批“蛀虫”。这也只是一种猜测，与此案无关的自然是心安理得，与此案有关的也不可能把不安写在脸上，这也许是引渡赖昌星在厦门反应平淡的又一原因吧。
