初始精灵建议选择小火猴、最终进化后属性为火+、对游戏很有帮助小火猴-猛火猴-豪火猴：草结绳/闪电拳+暗影爪+近身拳+火焰放射/烈焰推进
如果决定选择嫩苗龟的话也可以、只是速度偏慢!嫩苗龟-丛林龟-巨树龟：地震+咬碎+岩崩/石刃+寄生种子/光合作用
之后可以在游戏前期草地上捕捉胖胖翁、进化为椋鹰很强：胖胖翁：201/202/203/204/209/212(北)道路都可以捕捉!胖胖翁-大胖翁-椋鹰：报恩/鸟栖+近身拳+蜻蜓返+英勇之鸟
