求助电脑高手，不知道为什么最近家里网络突然变得很卡~~

以前自己家的网络虽算不上特别快，但也过得去，参加城战和大型PK基本没什么问题！
& & 但最近3周不怎么怎么搞的，家中每晚8点到12点准时卡，延迟得特别厉害~~自己在队伍里打的字，长期要过上半分钟自己才能看到！特别是在人多的地方，简直就不能动！但只要过了12点就不怎么卡了~
& & 家里两台电脑，其中一台电脑这段时间老是自己无原无故的显示网络插口没插好，自动断开连接，然后又显示已连接，反反复复！我重新插了下网线，还是一样！
& & 怀疑自己电脑中病毒了，但用了瑞星查杀，并未发现什么病毒！打***到电信公司去，电信派人到家里来测试了下网速，显示是正常的！真不知道怎么搞的~~难道我的天堂2生涯就要至此结束了？
& & 求电脑高手指点迷津~~

新疆电信最近就是非常卡，玩别的游戏也是一样，所以过了12点就好了

LZ100%有看电影网站,而且装了Qvod Play播放软件,那个软件只要你开机上网就会在后台自动下载你看过的电影,让你游戏超级延迟,解决方法有2个
1.装瑞星卡卡助手,在联网程序管理里把这个软件关掉(但是过一会就会自动开启继续下载)
2,在瑞星防火墙的访问规则里直接把这个软件禁止掉,然后你玩游戏就会灰常和谐!

我有碰到过因为机箱内灰尘过多，或者网卡的金手指氧化反复出现断开连接又能自动连接的情况

就晚上8点到12点卡，应该不是自己电脑的问题，网络太拥挤，运营商的问题吧

模拟器运行游戏突然很卡

平时一直这么用的也没出现过卡的现象。
今天突然很卡，在模拟器设置中恢复原厂设置了也还是一样。
操作系统：Windows 7 Home Basic Service Pack 1 [Build 6.1.7601]
处理器：Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-3210M CPU @ 2.50GHz
CPU数量： 2 核心 / 4 线程
***内存：8066MB (5254MB可用)
系统类型：64位操作系统
Vbox版本：4.3.12_ZZZZ
显卡：Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000
