什么是IDS强化的专业人才培养计划？
暑期实习的计划是为大学二年级或者更早些的学生设置的，在暑假期间到IDS亚洲的公司内实习最多八周的时间，参与到实际的业务项目中。它将给学生创造一个环境去亲自感受IDS的员工在类似的工作角色中需要处理的问题和完成的工作。
我们的公司
IDS公司将在亚洲的下列国家/城市将提供上述机会：
对于实习生，公司将会在2007年初到大学里校园进行情况的介绍。随后将由公司的管理人员进行面试。经过筛选之后，候选人将被安排进行在线的评估；成功者将给予实习的机会。
人才选拔的流程

对于管理见习生，招聘的流程同于实习生的筛选过程。不同的是被选中的学生将被邀请到最近的IDS公司去参加最后的面试小组的面试。成功者将被给予管理见习生的机会。

管理人才培养计划是为将在2007年毕业的本科或研究生设置的。这是一个需要在24个月完成的计划。在第一个12个月的时期内，见习生将被安排轮流到地区的各个业务部门进行实习，如香港或菲律宾的物流及经销部门，到泰国或马来西亚的制造部门；到见习生本土的财务或商务部门学习基础性的业务。在第二个年的12个月的时间里，见习生将被安排到其中的某一个部门去深入地了解其运作的具体业务。
利和经销集团的三项核心业务-利和商务、利和物流及利和制造各自以其独特的业务实力独立运作发展，与业内其他对手竞争，通过其三项核心的业务能力，为销售流程提供的是一套完整的服务。
?8-10周的暑期实习
完成见习之后，根据IDS公司的需要，见习生将有机会被安排到其所擅长的某一个专业领域担任适合的职务。
成功地被录用的人员将根据学校的时间表大约在2007年的6月或7月到公司报到。

To make a long story short, I had a sexual encoutner with another guy, what follows shouldn't be the result of an STD, especially since nearly the entire time was protected.
My question is though, there's like this flappy thing, just feels like it's hanging there, and it's itchy when you touch it. It just feels like it's hanging there.. If I put toilet paper and dab on the anal area it's lightly red. I'm wondering what it is? Lube wasn't used the whole time, and although it didn't really hurt, I guess it was too much.
What should I do? What do you recommend. I haven't gone #2 in the last 3 days, because I've been trying to wait for things to heal -- although I know the longer I wait, the harder it will be ultimately -- so I'm at a loss?
