日或应美国要求强化P-3C巡逻 监视中朝潜艇
日本海上自卫队P-3C型反潜巡逻机
　　环球网记者仲伟东12月23日报道，日本媒体披露，应美国的要求，日本可能会加强对中国和朝鲜军事活动的监视力度，尤其是对中朝潜艇活动的监视。
　　日本《朝日新闻》23日报道称，日本政府消息人士透露，早在今年秋季美日强化双边同盟关系时，美国就提出了这一要求。随后，美日专家组还就美军普天间军事基地迁移问题出台了一份最终研究报告。
　　报道称，美方当初强调，作为美日同盟的一员，收集更多情报是日本的一项重要责任。其中，美方建议的具体措施包括日本应当增加自卫队P-3C反潜巡逻机的巡逻频率。同时，美日双方代表一致认为，日方的行动应集中于对中朝潜艇活动的监视。
　　根据菅直人内阁上周批准的日本新《防卫计划大纲》，日本的潜艇数量将由16艘增至22艘。同时根据日本的中期防卫计划，日本政府还将再部署12架飞机执行侦察任务。
　　《朝日新闻》还指出，日本首相菅直人将于明年春天访问华盛顿并同美国总统奥巴马进行会晤，届时双方将会发布美日联合声明，而美日官员现在正在致力于将有关提升日本情报工作地位的内容加入其中。
