speaking, the procedure is usually as follows:-
Send us enquiry by either email or fax, and we will make you
detailed offer.
After everything is confirmed, We will send you a Pro forma invoice
in which our bank information is included.
We will arrange production and effect shipment after receipt of 30%
and we will fax you Bill of lading after shipment,

Payment term for samples order to be shipped by courier: 100% by
T/T in advance.
"T/T" means telegraphic transfer, the same as a bank wire

L/C is rather too complicated to carry out and it's time

customs?Normally, full original shipping documents based
on FOB or CFR includes Bill of lading, GSP Form A (CO), Invoice and
Packing list,
and extra insurance policy will be provided based on CIF.
Packing declaration and other special documents are also available
on demand.
16. How do I handle customs?Customs can be handled for
you by the local clearing agent for some nominal fees which you
have to fix up or else you can do the customs clearing yourself
with ease by filling in the suitable forms and paying the necessary
inspection charges.

17. Will the goods be delivered to my warehouse after
shipping?In the case of sea shipping, we can only deliver
the goods to your destination seaport or other transportation
terminal place, not door to door,

SHIPPING DOCUMENTS
Bill of Lading
The Bill of Lading is the most important document without it the
container cannot be claimed. It contains important data such as
container' bill of lading'
It is mandatory and the cost is included in the Shipping
Packing List
The Packing List contains the complete list of all the pieces
loaded inside the container, the total number of pieces and the
total number of cartons (or cases) plus the volume measures (in
cubic meters). The totals must coincide with the ones printed on
the Bill of Lading and the Invoice. It is mandatory and the cost is
included in the Shipping expenses.
The Invoice contains the prices of each single piece and the total
value of the container's goods. Import taxes, VAT, etc. are
calculated according to such figures. It is mandatory and the cost

Fumigation
The Fumigation/Disinfection Certificate certify that the goods
contained inside the container have been fumigated/ disinfected
against insects, fungi or any other kind of parasite that could be

SHIPPING COST & INFORMATION
Cost of shipping depends on the shipping destination and volume or
quantity of the shipment, All of our shipping quotes include
documentation fees, local handling & trucking fees,
packing & stuffing fees, port loading fees and all
other local charges levied in the packing and delivery of your
container to the port. D.D.C. fees (Document &
Destination Charge) levied by the port of destination are not
included. Some International ports charge a D.D.C. fee upon the
arrival and handling of your shipment in your local port. Please do
check with your customs department for more information on D.D.C.
charges. When you contact us we will give you a definitive quote
for your destination.

The order procedure:

3. PRODUCTION.

5. PICK UP.
When the goods arrive (at your local port), the transport provider
will inform you
to pick up them against the original bill of lading.
6. We shall send 2% free spare parts for a full contaner loads, and
we carry 90 days
warranty to main parts for free exchange.
7. Normally, we ship the products via CHINA SHIPPING or COSCO
(China Ocean
Shipping(Group) Company), the two biggest international ocean
shipping companies in
CHINA. You can track the ship and your container online anytime
against the number
of bill of lading. You also can appoint the other big international
company, such as Maersk Sealand, P&O Nedlloyd,
OOCL, etc... to instead of COSCO and
CHINA SHIPPING.
8.UK import duty rate for this kind of merchandise is 8%. But we
will issue a GSP
certificate to you, and you should reduce the duty from 8% to 4.5%
against our GSP
