包头市人民政府主办&& 包头市人民政府办公厅承办 &包头市人民政府办公厅信息中心建设管理蒙ICP备号 蒙o网警 Email:5148251@&技术支持: 中国移动通信集团内蒙古有限公司包头分公司新合疗报销问题_百度知道梁瑞出席会议。&&&&&&&&市级统筹与以往统筹的区别：提高筹资标准、补偿比例及封顶线；统一信息网络管理，实时访问、实时监控；住院费用补偿实行即时结报；市内就诊住院，无需转诊；扩大门诊慢性病病种范围；尿毒症门诊透析按住院补偿；对定点医疗机构实行市县（区）两级监管。&&&&&&&&住院费用报销起付线、报销比例：2010年住院费用报销起付线乡镇卫生院50元、县级医院200元、市级和市外医院600元；住院费用报销比例乡镇卫生院最高达到75％、县级医院最高达到65％、市级和市外医院最高达到50％；住院报销封顶线达到5万元。对经民政部门确认的农村牧区五保户、低保户、不享受公费医疗伤残军人的住院报销比例提高5％；对纳入新农合补偿范围的中蒙医药品和诊疗项目，住院报销比例提高5％；对纳入《国家基本药物目录(基层医疗卫生机构配备使用部分)》的药品，住院报销比例提高5％。对参合孕产妇计划内正常住院分娩要先执行项目规定的定额补助政策后，再由新农合基金按有关规定最多给予200元补偿；对病理性产科住院分娩按疾病住院补偿标准给予补偿。&&&&&&&&慢性病等门诊费用补偿标准：2010年设立10种慢性病大额门诊费用补偿制度，慢性病大额门诊费用一年累计报销金额最多1000元，没有达到1000元的按实际费用的80％进行补偿，超过1000元的门诊费用不予补偿。同时将尿毒症患者门诊透析纳入住院补偿，门诊透析费用一年累计报销金额最多5万元。2010年包头市实行大病统筹和门诊家庭账户模式，个人缴费50％纳入家庭账户，家庭账户每人门诊报销限额为15元，年报销限额按家庭人口统筹使用。&&&&&&&&刘玉华强调，各地区、各有关部门要严格规定新农合基金的支付范围和标准，规范基金支付行为，加强基金支出管理，切实提高基金使用管理的效率；要切实抓好对定点医疗机构的管理，提高服务标准，健全完善医疗制度，实现工作的制度化、科学化、规范化。（文/李娜）2015年内蒙古新型农牧区农合用药报销目录_图文_百度文库
