摘要:&本研究首先使用台???LSST?列、花?SMART-2?列以及日本Port Island井下?列的?、弱震?料,以?站??比法???地?非?性放大反?,?利用前人研究?果作???,藉此?估?站??比法?行土?非?性反?之分析之可行性。 在LSST和SMART-2的?果中,可推?非?性反?的?生原因除了PGA值大小,地??硬程度也是一?重要因素。由?站法得到之??比?抑放大?象在利用?站??比法?行分析?也可以很清楚的看出。而Port Island井下?列使用?站法的?果?然和?站法不完全相同,但亦能?察到液化?程中??比?化的情形。由此可知,利用?站??比法??行非?性反?的研究是可行的,而液化?是否造成土壤非?性的行?,亦可由?站??比法的?果中得知。 由於液化?附近土壤?有可能?生非?性反?,故本研究亦根?液化地?附近的地震??,使用?站??比法求出集集主、?震之??比值以及1998年前之弱震平均??比,且利用?弱震??比的相??化率,判??震??生非?性反?的程度???,??前述液化?之???行比?,所得??如下: 1. 根?各?站在3 ~ 20 Hz?平均相???比分布情形,??非?性反?多?生於?????地?,而液化?周??更有高度非?性反?。大部分的?性放大?域都位於西部麓山?地??。台中盆地底下以?石??主,在本?果中亦?非?性作用?生。?括?看,3 ~ 20 Hz??生的非?性???程度和液化分布相?,?地?分?亦有??。 2.?震?非?性?象?明?的的地?依?以西部的??????主,非?性??及程度皆不如主震,多??站?是呈?性放大。 3.我??算3 ~ 20 Hz?非?性程度最大的??的平均?化率,?果?能突?各地?非?性的程度,更具有???考?值。 4.研究?果??,某些地?由於位在??平原上,主震?造成高度非?性?象,但?未?出液化?情;?林?、台中港、伸港?和斗南?等位於?海平原地??的液化?,皆有很?的非?性大放效?;而埔里盆地和南投市等?生液化的地??於西部麓山?,其非?性?象??不明?。?示?生非?性反?的地?不表示?地土壤?生液化?象,但是土壤液化???造成土壤的非?性反??生。?地震?生?,?造成土壤非?性效?或是液化?是取?於PGA值的大小和地?因素。 5.根?不同液化地?附近?站的??比?果?看,土壤液化不一定?造成所有?段的放大倍率降低,而只有某特定?段的放大倍率?生?化,且各地??化的?段不?相同。
On September 21, 1999, an earthquake with the magnitude of 7.3 on the Richter scale occurred in the central Taiwan. The surface rupture along the Chelungpu fault is about 100 km in length. The earthquake killed more than 2,500 people and completely destroyed more than 10,000 buildings, and left 100,000 people homeless. The Chi-chi earthquake not only directly caused heavy damages on the structure and huge human life loss near the epicenter area, but also induced the secondary damages to the buildings in the central Taiwan region. From the field surveys, many places, such as Yuanlin, Wufong, Nanto City and Puli, suffer considerable from the soil liquefaction. It implies that the nonlinear soil response should occur pervasively in the central Taiwan area. The aim of this study is to identify the area have nonlinear soil response during the Chi-chi earthquake. The data we use include main shock, after shocks of the Chi-chi earthquake and the weak motion records before the Chi-chi earthquake. We use the horizontal-to-vertical (H/V) spectral ratio method to conduct the analysis in this study because of lacking a good referent rock site in the alluvial plain. From our results, we found the nonlinear soil response usually occurred in soft alluvial plain, especially at the site near liquefied area. Most linear amplification areas are observed in the western foothill and Taichung Basin. The range and degree of nonlinear soil response are highly related to the local geology. Besides, we also use the data from three downhole accelerometer arrays to check the accuracy of nonlinear soil response that estimated from H/V spectral ratios. The results strongly suggest that we can use the H/V spectral ratio method to estimate the nonlinear site effect.
