开发信终于有了回复,我该如何回封漂亮的邮件?
开发信一直持续发送,终于有了回复,这心情激动得,好担心回复得不好搞砸了辛苦这么久的客户,恳请福友帮忙看看该怎么回复为好,第4点客户的意思有点理解不了。客户的第一封邮件全文如下,请大家帮忙看看,多谢!
Dear Julie,
It is Lianna.
At this moment we would like to start working with you, as we need to make new orders for our Garden Center.
As I see, you have many items which we are interested right now. I do hope to get the necessary information for the first step:
1. What is your minimum order quantity?
2. Which item is the best seller in USA, Europe and Asia?
3. Would you be so kind to send the catalogue with the price-list of your product?
4. As we would like to make a usual, but minimum-several pallet order, so in case if a company from USA, Europe or Asia makes an order, then is it possible to inform us then we may add some quantities for the production by ourside and in this case we will be like a &tail& of that order. There is no need to mention the name of buyer company. We would like just to know the item they are going to order.
Looking forward for your kind and soonest response.

Thanks a lot for your kind reply. I would like to get the prices as well. Please send them as soon as possible.
这时候外贸高手们该怎么处理呢? 工厂产品品种那么多,也没有现成的价格表,更不可能做份所有产品的价格表发给她吧。
下面这样回复可以吗? 真担心一回客就断了......
