网银钱被扣，元宝没到账，非法交易，没交易记录，求解释

今天刚拿到生活费就冲了300块钱的YB，结果什么都弄好了，提交之后出现非法交易，查看交易记录里什么都没有，网银里钱都被扣了，YB却没一个，G,M坑爹，求解释啊，我只是平民玩家，花点钱不容易啊，哎。。没想到天龙官网都会出问题，叫我们这些玩家情以何堪，还能再相信你们吗？你们必须给我们玩家一个 合理的解释。) \6 b# F8 z+ E: s2 A

在登上自已的网银，在上面查到订单号，在打***到支付宝***，就可以查到了。真是让人心寒，充了这么久还没到账，求解释啊' A$ ?- _( q4 ]* t' X
