国服港服兼用双开热键切换工具 更新〔四年了之 18:57〕

(我会很负责任的把港服玩到坏掉的)
和09年不同在于
1、同时支持国服、港服（其他能用eco/launch启动起来的,都应该能支持）
2、优化 降低多开等待窗口时的CPU使用率
3、支持Windows 2003下双击关闭ECO
使用功能还是一样
0、放到eco目录下，双击打开YGB工具。按ScrollLock新开窗口。工具可以先开，也可以先开eco，无所谓，反正工具运行后，按ScrollLock就能开一个新窗。不需要开bird的eco tool。
1、快捷鍵“～” 切换窗口
2、Ctrl + “～” 重读所有窗口
3、最小化的窗口 将会被在切换过程中被跳过（把最小化的窗口恢复一般状态，然后再Ctrl + “～”，就又能切到了）
4、双击列表中的条目会强关掉窗口 且没有提示 用起来自己当心 （用于在卡住时强制关窗，某些场景下强制登出..你懂的）

有人说, 希望能有一个窗口始终在最前的效果? 这个形式上和bird的版本不同
你们觉得有这个用法的需要吗? 我自己好像是习惯切换过去放了，今天无聊再研究研究

和2008年版本的不同在于，不需要再开bird的eco tool了
这个是YGB，不用想了，D中的那个功能和很多进一步的...都被YG了

没人测过就是不好呀，发现把窗口位置放在最右边了。我21寸的宽屏，换很多人的话……

多開支持，請注意還是要開完tool和eco之后，再開這個C，如果新開了一個eco窗口要加入切換的話，請關閉后重開C。
快捷鍵改成了“～”
對于上個版本焦點可能還是拿不到的情況的修正……SetFrontWindow這種API居然還是延時異步的

實際上這個東西是早就做好了 最近不用劍了換用魔法師玩的很開心 于是就放出來吧
修正各種各樣的焦點的問題 現在不會在因為“～”按太快而死住 或者不能切到游戲界面了
提供復位功能 重新讀取所有eco窗口 按ctrl+“～”鍵
不太想用劍了那個功能 由某個鍵開啟 但開啟此功能需要先裝某個 p??tt??k 才行

提个小建议,能不能把切换键换成TAB上面那个呢?按技能是F1,F2,F3.....&~&这个键切换比较方便的说,我小指手指有点短....而且TAB键是激活聊天框的,ECO的聊天系统太渣了,退格和回车经常令我抓狂!
其实LZ说有时要按2下,是因为跟聊天框快捷键冲突了.......

大概就是點鐵匠面板f5援手 然後立刻點賊面板f6 dc f7 cri 下面連按f9
