Percentile drop - should I be worried?

So, YDD was on the 25% for weight at birth, gained back her birth weight within 10 days or so, and at her 2 month checkup she was at 15%. However, she has dropped to 3% on her 4month checkup. Her pediatrician was a bit worried but he didn't mention anything except getting her weighed in 4 weeks, instead of 8 weeks. She is currently exclusively breastfeed, and during the day ranges from 3 to 5 hours between feeds. At night, she ranges between 8 to 12 hours. Should I be worried or waking her up at night?
