To formally apply for your chapter, you must send the following items to the AEE International office: 1. The completed bylaws available through the AEE International office. 2. College or university catalog. 3. List of proposed programs for the school year 4. Proposed budget 5. Campus approval (written document) 6. Written commitment from the president of the chartered AEE chapter who will serve on the student chapter board of directors as an advisor to the student chapter. 7. Written letter of commitment from the designated faculty advisor. You will receive a letter initiating your new AEE student chapter within a month from when your application has been received.
