win7旗舰版系统2K11运行不了，总是提醒缺少xinput1_3.dll文件

我家里电脑是win7旗舰版系统，之前也在我的电脑上玩过2K10都可以运行，昨天把2K10删除了，又在游民星空下载了“《NBA 2K11》免***中文汉化硬盘版”，但打开2K11运行不了，总是提醒缺少xinput1_3.dll文件，到底应该怎么办啊？麻烦那位哥哥详细的介绍一个行之有效的解决办法，已经等不及想体验下“飞人&的魅力。
