Is that a pre-build machine? If so, your only option is software overclocking, which honestly wouldn't get you any gains that would actually help. If anything you'd be more likely to screw something up than if you had a proper overclockable board.

That really sucks. You can TRY Clockgen or SetFSB out. Make sure you backup anything important first though, I've seen both those programs corrupt operating systems if pushed too far.
Also, if you have an Nvidia chipset (I believe you're on a AMD690, so this probably won't work), you COULD use NTune.
Yes, you're on an AMD 690V chipset, so NTune won't work for you .

刺客信条对CPU 要求更高一些 总体来说刺客信条应该要求更高一些 但也不是差别太大 反正以前我那5000+ 超到3.1 显卡4850 玩着还是可以的 刺客信条的

除了显卡稍微逊了一点，其它都是达到了推荐配置要求，所以可以玩，但是效果不（推荐5.1 声道）硬盘: 8 GB 波斯王子1234肯定没问题。前三部07年
