　　WASHINGTON, Jan. 21 -- U.S. State Department on Wednesday announced a new round of U.S.-Iranian nuclear talks when the Obama administration is moving ahead on a collision course with a Republican-controlled Congress over Iran sanctions.
　　Last November, the department announced that producers and exporters of such products from China had received countervailing subsidies ranging from 12.5 percent to 81.29 percent.

The ruling says the solar panels imported from Chinese mainland and Taiwan have done substantial damages to the US solar industry.
