安全模式进去看看 ,进不了,装系统。我觉得大概是你***了什么东西不兼容，如果查不到病因只能重装系统，虽然这个方法很简单粗暴的，但是确实是解决的最好办法。我没摸到...
应该是鼠标的驱动加载问题。经常是安全类软件（金山卫士等）对驱动做了限制。你可以尝试把里面的延迟加载项打开。
