我一直是在外地学习工作生活。丹徒新区购买的两室小户型的房子是给父母以后住的，我们带小孩偶尔回来住几天。所以房子装修的主要目标就是，要让两位老人家喜欢，舒适，便利。开工之前看了彩虹城一户同户型人家装修的工地（也是我们0511论坛里的网友），对于细节以及品质我也很喜欢，于是就联系了她家的装修公司。于是就认识了鸿景饰家的徐老板，一个很年轻的80后美女。

和鸿景的美女徐接触了两次以后觉得她算是一个少见的能吃苦有耐心对事业很热情的女孩子。加上看了她家在装修的工地，我还是比较认同她家的装修效果的。一次量房，出图，两次看报价，我很快就定了装修合同。（和我买房子时一样高效率和冲动啊）。

我们家是小户型，装修设计时处处要费心思。鸿景的徐露露帮我们想的比较周到了。有几点是比较好的。一是卫生间干湿分离，卫生间的门设在里面，这样看上去不那么局促。二是厨房间进门处的墙敲了重建了薄墙，厨房间的移门就可以嵌在墙里面，不占空间，看起来也美观。三是主卧室和客厅的阳台，把中间的隔墙重建，扩大了主卧室的阳台面积，主卧室阳台上打柜子，满足了我妈妈的储物需求。
& & 3月27日，二月初八，宜动土。我们开工啦。敲发财脚的人是付装修款的人。

前天和昨天两天，敲墙的工作全部结束。建筑垃圾运到了楼下。我们是包给装修公司工人将垃圾运出小区处理的，另外加了运送费。但是物业查看了以后立马打***过来催问。敬业的物业同志啊，放心，肯定会抓紧把建筑垃圾运走的。

前天通过QQ和设计师讨论定下了吊顶的图，（人在外地就是这点不方便）。其实我也不是特别懂啦，看什么都觉得可以，行，没问题。后来想了个办法，对照家里吊顶和筒灯回光灯带脑补了一下图纸设计，减少了筒灯数量，小客厅，还是简洁一点好。

我爸爸找了一个朋友来封阳台了。师傅是本地人，说材料绝对货真价实，现场看的材料就是用在你家阳台的材料，不会弄虚作假。等五一回家看做得怎么样，然后再上图。

瓦工师傅进场了。因为卧室阳台和房间扩成一个大房间了，所以阳台统一铺地板，也不需要贴墙砖了。这是临时决定的，所以又要麻烦鸿景的徐美眉把多拉来的瓷砖弄回去了。
先看看厨房间墙面瓷砖。我觉得很看好，立体感很强。

瓦工结束一周了，工地就停在那里。木工也没有安排进场。问了以后说装修图我一直没有确定。
关于这个，我觉得吧，首先，业主希望工程进度能快一点，起码不要把一个多礼拜时间白白空在那里浪费。
其次，效果图仅仅是客厅的一个效果而已，之前对于吊顶造型，鞋柜造型，背景墙等已经有过沟通。当时就说这样弄就可以了。
再说效果图，反馈过来的效果图实在不是我之前要求的。我把喜欢的多图发给了设计师，设计师做得完全不是一个风格。给我们画的是现代硬朗金属质感，不是老人家适合居住或喜欢的。另外客厅准备铺地板，效果图画的地砖。和设计师沟通过后，仅仅说一点修一点，整体风格不变。我希望设计师专业地做出设计让业主选择，而不是全部交给业主一点点修改。
另外木工的工作不仅仅就是电视背景墙，还有很多，几个房间吊顶，衣柜鞋柜等，都是可以直接开工的。更没必要拖。
当时选择全包就是想省事，能衔接得当装修节奏快，自己工作忙又在外地没有时间管，可是装修公司也不能不管就空在那里随它去啊。
这些已经和徐总沟通了，据说明天可以开始运材料进场。
