我家金毛老是咬尾巴怎么回事啊？求大家帮忙啊

我家金毛老是咬尾巴，咬的都出血了，好像很痒。我带它去医院看了10天了，也不怎么见好，该怎么办啊？有人知道怎么办啊？谢谢大家了 。我的QQ
那医院差不多可以边上跄跄了。要么是肛门腺堵了难受，赶紧清理。要么是尾巴附近发炎或虫咬，涂药膏洗药浴。若是螨虫可以打针

肛门腺没挤，要么就是该驱虫了，再有就是看看尾巴上有没有红，毛有没有掉，可能是皮肤病
