今天才升的8M，速度750KB/s左右算不算正常？
下载速度理论值应为1024kB/s。
但是下载又受到服务器端或客户端或网络等多因素影响会有所变化的，比如速度可能有时为1000kB/s左右，有时仅为几百kB。
如果下载任何资源，最快速度总在750kB/s的话就有些不正常了。

速度应该为8M/8=1M/s
8M理论下载速度为1／8－1／10
也就是下载速度能到800K－1M左右理论值，但现实中根据远近、***线的损耗、老化、网站最大下载速度基本上就在600K左右。

亲，当然是电信的好用。电信稳定，不断网，不过就是贵。移动的看电影，电视，下载还是可以的，玩游戏就会卡，或是会有断线现象，不过移动的便宜。

10.4.2 401 Unauthorized
The request requires user authentication. The response MUST include a WWW-Authenticate header field (section 14.46) containing a challenge applicable to the requested resource. The client MAY repeat the request with a suitable Authorization header field (section 14.8). If the request already included Authorization credentials, then the 401 response indicates that authorization has been refused for those credentials. If the 401 response contains the same challenge as the prior response, and the user agent has already attempted authentication at least once, then the user SHOULD be presented the entity that was given in the response, since that entity MAY include relevant diagnostic information. HTTP access authentication is explained in section 11.
